meet the owners
Big Boy's owner, Joe Dyson, has been in the vehicle industry for 35 years. He has worked on both the auto repair side as well as the parts side of the business. He bought Big Boys as a salvage yard in 2006 but has worked to create a top notch auto care center which aims to create lasting relationships with it's customers. Joe and his wife, Jennifer, strive to run their business with the customer’s needs in mind.
we do service differently...here's what you can expect
First Appointments
We want to know you and your vehicle. When you call for your first appointment, we'll ask you to provide your contact information and tell us a little about what's going on with your vehicle so that we can best inform our technicians.
After Hours
If it's easier for you to drop off or pick up your vehicle when we're closed, we've got you covered! There's a convenient drop box located to the right of the office door.
If picking up after hours, you will be provided with a code to collect your keys.
Loaner Vehicles
If you need to carry on with your day while we work on your car, we have loaner vehicles available on a first come basis. Just let us know when you make your appointment that you'd like to use a loaner if there are any on hand.
**Vehicle must be returned with the same amount of gas they left with.**
Vehicle Evaluations
The technician assigned to your vehicle will perform a multi-point evaluation. That information will be entered into our system and an easy to read report will be texted to you for your review. The technician will include notes on his findings along with pictures so you can see what he sees. This is how we do auto care and customer care a little differently.
Repair Approvals
After our service advisor has reviewed the technician's evaluation, an estimate for recommended work will be compiled. The estimate will be sent to you via text and you can then approve or decline the recommended auto repair.
Text to Pay
Once your job is complete, the service advisor will text you the final invoice. From this link you can safely pay your invoice. This may be a convenient option for anyone needing to pick up after we close.
