• From $50,000 - $80,000 a year

License/Certifications Required:

• NC Driver's License
• NC State Inspection License (if do not currently have, we will schedule a class for you and pay the tuition)

Big Boys Auto is a 10 bay full-service facility servicing various makes and models of cars and light trucks. With our uncompromising standards for quality, honesty, and value, we are in need of Automotive Service Technicians with at least 5 years of experience in diagnostic and general repairs.

• Emphasis on customer education and preparation for upcoming repairs
• 1 week paid time off after 6 months of employment
• 12 days paid time off after one year of employment

Starting Salary:

• From $40,000 a year with performance based commission

 A Service Advisor is a professional who acts as the main point of contact for customers looking to get their car serviced at Big Boys. They identify the need for, sell, and schedule service work, and build strong relationships with customers to provide in-depth advice on repairs, cleaning, maintenance, warranty, insurance, and more. They must be able to communicate effectively with both customers and technicians, explain repair recommendations in layman's terms, and manage repair schedules. They greet customers, listen to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required based on technician input, and prepare repair orders and estimates. 

And at Big Boys, all of this is done electronically! Customers receive digital evaluations so they can see what the technician saw. Advisors text estimates to customers who then approve or decline the work.
